Melissa Anderson Duffy, AIF® | Managing Director, Partner

With 30 years of professional experience in key areas of financial services, today Melissa specializes in helping individuals and families visualize their dreams and goals and then works to create a detailed plan to achieve them.

Prior to moving her private client practice to Hightower in 2015, Melissa co-founded Duffy Anderson Investment Management, LLC, a $300 million asset management firm in 2008. Melissa has worked in many areas of financial services including marketing, compliance, and customer service at Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, and State Street Research & Management.

Knowing the importance of giving back, Melissa has proudly served on the board of directors for several non-profit institutions in southern Maine including Wayfinder Schools, ChoralART and The Maine Women’s Fund. Melissa currently serves on The Visiting Council at The Williston Northampton School.

Melissa enjoys, hiking, reading, and attending live music events with her family.
