Melissa Anderson Duffy

Before bringing her private client practice to Hightower in 2015, Melissa co-founded Duffy Anderson Investment Management, LLC, building the firm into a $300 million asset management business. Her career has taken her through marketing, compliance, and client service roles at Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, and State Street Research & Management.

A firm believer that strong communities matter, Melissa has served on the boards of Wayfinder Schools, ChoralART, and as Treasurer of The Maine Women's Fund. She currently serves on the Head of School's Visiting Council at The Williston Northampton School.

Melissa happily leans into being at home in Maine: family time, outdoor adventures, and appreciating all four seasons. When she's away from the office, she's probably traveling, skiing, hiking Maine's woods, reading, or attending a live concert.
